Artist Statement

I began my journey into fine art photography last year with my first series "Horizons." At the time this series was a light-hearted exercise in finding beauty within ambiguity, little did I know what the next year had in store.

In an instant our world shrunk. Life was confined to 800 square feet with ambiguity lurking in every corner. I felt it every morning at the doorstep, along every city street, and every mile I walked.

This new series does not have a title yet - which seems fitting - but I've poured every emotion I've felt over the past 8 months into these photographs. I invite you to take a walk with me and honor all of the anxiety, despair, joy, excitement, apathy or whatever else arises.
